The accident happened about 7 p.m. as the child's mother, 28-year-old Amy Kelaidis, and Stuart resident Brook Michael Lovatt, 29, were watching TV at Lovatt's home. The home's sliding doors were open to let in the cool weather, and neither adult saw Lios crawl about 12 feet away toward the pool. When Lovatt's dog began barking, Lovatt went outside and saw Lios floating at the top of the pool and pulled him out
